Registrar closed December 12
On Friday December 12, the Registrar’s Office will be closed all day for a staff event. Regular business hours resume on Monday, December 15.
Registrar winter break hours
The UCLA campus and Registrar’s Office will be closed for winter break from December 24 through January 2. The office will reopen on January 5.
Registrar business hours
Get answers and information from the Registrar’s Office, virtually through Zoom or in person at 1113 Murphy Hall. Virtual and in-person hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., except holidays.
Computational and Systems Biology major renamed
Effective fall 2025, the Computational and Systems Biology major has been renamed Computational Biology. It is housed in the Computational and Systems Biology interdepartmental program.
Music department renamed
Effective fall 2025, the Music department name is changed to Music Performance, Education, and Composition.
Student contact updates
Students can update their contact information (e.g., address, phone, emergency contact) by using the My Contact Information feature in MyUCLA. Address and contact information changes are updated in real time.
