Third parties, such as employers and creditors, must obtain verifications from National Student Clearinghouse. UCLA has authorized National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for all third-party verification of student enrollment and degrees. Grades are accessed through MyUCLA. Grades are rarely revised, but incomplete grades may be completed. All grades for a completed term are accessible through MyUCLA no later than two weeks after the last day of final examinations.
