Undergraduate students who are not officially enrolled in classes by midnight on Friday of week two must petition to generate a late study list. Most graduate students do not need to petition.
Registration fees must be paid in full in order to file a late study list.
Undergraduate Students
A registered (fees paid) student who is not officially enrolled in classes for credit as of Friday of the second week of the term must file a late study list petition to enroll. An Enrollment Petition is used for this process.
The student should obtain the necessary signatures and file the approved petition at the appropriate processing location noted on the petition. A student whose classes were dropped due to nonpayment of fees may request an official verification letter to show instructors or departments which classes were dropped. A verification letter does not guarantee re-enrollment.
The student is given a receipt of the approved/processed study list and is responsible for all classes and grading basis as recorded.
Graduate Students
A registered (fees paid) student who is not officially enrolled in classes for credit as of Friday of the second week of the term may continue to enroll in classes. Published per-class fees may apply.
A non-paid student may not enroll in classes until fees are paid in full. The student will be able to enroll on the next business day after payment is recorded. Published per-class fees may apply.
Non-paid students awaiting department support and/or financial aid should contact their department adviser.
