Special event room reservations, final exam code updates, and enrollment rule changes are managed through MyUCLA forms.
Department requests for general assignment (GA) room reservations for academic special events, final exam code updates, or changes to enrollment rules that appear in the Schedule of Classes should be submitted using the appropriate MyUCLA form (UCLA logon required). Each request must be submitted on a separate form. Submitted forms are sent directly to the Registrar’s Schedule Office. Departments can track their requests through the MyUCLA forms system.
Reserve a Room
Academic Special Event Room Request
Use the Special Event Booking Request to reserve a general assignment (GA) room for a course-related academic event. Requests may be submitted only during the date range published on the form. Rooms may be reserved for dates during weeks 3 through 9 of the quarter.
Academic Special Event Room during Final Exams
Use the Final Exam Week Special Booking Request to reserve a general assignment (GA) room for a course-related academic event that will take place during finals week. Requests may be submitted beginning Monday of week 9.
Update a Final Examination Code
Use the Final Exam Code Update Request to update or request a change to the final examination code assigned to a class after the Schedule of Classes has been published. Requests may be submitted only during the date range, and for the term specified, on the form.
Update an Enrollment Rule
Use the Enrollment Rule to create a new enrollment rule or to modify an existing rule.
